Quentin entend quelqu’un dire : I hate travelling through London. Every journey is so long.

Il se demande si les journées à Londres sont plus longues que celles d’ailleurs.

Il est de nouveau tombé sur un faux ami.

A journey n’est pas une journée.

What is a journey?

A journey can be the distance between two places. The journey from Liverpool to London is 200 miles.

A journey can be the time you need to go from one place to another place. The journey from Lyon to Paris takes two hours on a TGV train.

A journey can be the experience of moving between these two places.  The journey was great, there was no traffic!
